Aventine Standard Sunburst.

Body: Hand carved Maple top wrapped in cream binding around a chambered Sapele bottom. Nitrocellulose lacquer Sunburst.

Neck: 25″ scale African Sapele Mahogany split into a cathedral grain configuration for stability.  Medium “C” profile that measures 20.5’mm at 1st fret/23mm at 12th fret. A 12″ radius ebony fretboard with pearl dot inlays is topped with 22 medium tall (.048) nickel/silver frets. Bone nut is 1-11/16″  (43mm) wide.

Headstock: Ebony plate with Hipshot 18/1 smooth turning open back tuners and has a mild volute.

Pickups: Sheptone Red Headed Step Child PAF style humbuckers wrapped in 1957 spec 42 enamel wire with Alnico 5 magnets. These are slightly hotter than a traditional PAF and this set measures in at roughly 9k at the bridge and 7.6 at the neck. They cover an incredible amount of tonal ground.

Controls: Master Volume and tone with CTS pots, an orange drop cap and a Switchraft three way switch. Please note this guitar will ship with amber speed knobs vs the bell knobs it was photographed with.

Bridge: Tone-Pros wrap-around bridge with Tone Pros locking studs.

This guitar includes a hardshell case. We prepare and pack our instruments for shipping extremely well to prevent damage.
